UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSIONS APPLIES TO JOIN THE COMMON APPLICATION SERVICE
The Common Application is an online college application services used by nearly 400 schools around the country, including many Ivy League schools. According to Ted Spencer, associate vice provost and executive director of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, the Common Application is "an excellent resource that will increase access for prospective students and broaden the university's geographic reach." THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN MAKES PLANS TO BECOME SMOKE-FREE BY 2011
President Mary Sue Coleman announced in April that the University would become smoke-free by 2011. Campus wide informational meetings are being offered to inform students about the University's plans. Click here to learn more.
