Parents & Family Weekend is a self-funded event. The non-refundable registration fee covers the cost of overhead expenses, including publications, postage, registration materials and website maintainence, room and equipment rentals, technology fees, staff, and the non-ticketed events and activities offered during the weekend. Event fees are kept to a minimum; the weekend is designed to cover its costs.
